Bilt has been in damage control over their 2.0 launch of their card. Bilt who is now on their 3rd payment processor has introduced their Bilt 2.0 platform after failing with Wells Fargo.

However after what appears to have been a disappointing AMA with Richard Kerr, the Bilt GM Richard Kerr then went onto their own IG account to post the following comment targeting users on the social media platform Reddit.

This of course has not went over well with the Bilt community, and has been matched with a users canceling their Bilt accounts:

Nothing to add, just want the BILT team to see another customer is leaving because of this deceptive rollout and treatment of customers.
