New data from PT, Intel's i9-9900K is 66% Pricier While Only 12% Faster than 2700X at Gaming

There's still a few more tests that need to be run, which I'm guessing we won't see till October 19th when the embargo is released. But seeking that a Ryzen 2700x chip is only $279 vs Intel's Core i9-9900K is $580, I can't find a single reason why spending $300 more is worth it just for 12% gains. And not to mention, Ryzen includes a cooler, vs Intel you're looking at another $100 before you could actually use the thing. We wonder what AMD has up its sleeve for it's third generation chip.
And remember, this is ONLY gaming, we can't wait to see the professional app comparison as we then expect the % gains to shrink even more.
Below is a small sample of Principled Technologies still unperfected, retesting.
